David joined our team this past fall, and has brought with him a wealth of experiences that have helped bring ISA Learning to the next level.
With a wide range of expertise including starting his own companies, being a partner in a multi-million dollar organization, serving as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces, and being a diplomat, David’s leadership and management skills have been a key factor in fine tuning the overall structure of ISA.
Like the rest of our team, David is passionate about what he does, which is why he is able to do it so well. It is what led him to develop three successful tech companies: FocusFeed, a project management company; Israel Around You, an Israeli internet-based advocacy company reaching 78 countries; and Kestenberg Consulting, a leading provider of Business Consulting and IT solutions. It is also what helped him become a partner at Rosemore Capital, which is a multi-million dollar research company, a trader for Mizrahi-Tefahot Bank, and manager of the international logistics company Rubikon.
His earlier work was in NGO’s. During this time, he worked with hundreds diverse, disengaged teens, including those at the NGO, Ahari. David also served as Logistics Coordinator for The 18th Maccabiah, Junior Games Maccabi World Union in 2010 – the third largest athletic event in the world.
During his seven years as an officer in the Israeli Defense Forces, David learned a great deal about leadership. He also had the opportunity to plan and implement multiple successful political campaigns.
David met his wife, Erika, while he was serving as an Israeli Emissary to the US. They have two children and currently reside in Pittsburgh.

Rachel graduated from Spring Hill College with a Bachelor of Arts in Integrated Communications and a minor in Studio Art. After college, she began her creative journey as a marketing and communications professional in Milwaukee. She then transitioned to a new role as a Data Analyst for an oil company in New Orleans. Soon after, Rachel got the itch to travel, so when she got the opportunity to teach kindergarten at an international school in South Korea, she took it without hesitation. After spending six years in South Korea as a teacher and supervisor, she realized she had a passion for education and promoting creative thinking in youth. Pittsburgh seemed like to perfect place to continue her career in education management, and that is where she landed. Her desire to bring creativity to the classroom and promote S.T.E.A.M. centered collaborative learning make her a perfect fit for our team.
